We are recruiting a Commercial Property Manager to work from SHW's London office and manage their own portfolio of property assets for two key asset management clients. They would work closely with the Head of London Commercial Property Management (LCPM) with regularised reporting. The Head of LCPM would head these management instructions but the Property Manager would play a significant and collective role in reporting to these clients.

The Property Manager would manage a variety of commercial assets, including multi-let service charge office and warehouse estates as well as single let FRI units located in the South of England. The appointments include a mix of rent collection and service charge administration instructions.

The candidate would be part of a team looking to promote and grow the existing London Commercial Property Management.
