Compliance Executive

Compliance Executive | Insurance Broker | Kent | £40 - 50,000 (doe)

Finitas are delighted to be partnering with a boutique insurance broker in their search for a Compliance Executive to join their team.

This is a well-rounded opportunity where you will work in a standalone compliance role reporting into the Managing Director but also have the support of an external compliance consultancy.

You will be involved in a board range of responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Implementation and delivery of the compliance monitoring plan
• Updating policies and procedures
• Compliance reporting, including consumer duty
• Identifying, monitoring and mitigating compliance risks
• Delivering compliance training for staff
• Producing board & committee reports in relation to compliance matters

Experience required:

• Minimum 2 years compliance experience
• Must have experience of working in an insurance company - preferably broker
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
• Ability to build relationships at varying levels including senior stakeholders
• Have or are working towards a Dip CII qualification

Please note you will be required to work in their office twice a week. They are also offer 25 days holiday, free on-site parking, up to 12.5% pension and more!
