Consulting Director - Capital Projects and Major Programmes - Global Consulting firm expanding their advisory offering in Riyadh

Salary: highly competitive base salary + housing and bonus structure

This global consulting firm, known for their expertise within project management and construction consulting, is looking to hire an accomplished Director to lead their new and expanding procurement specialist advisory offering.

This organization already works on some of the largest and most well-known projects within the region, including NEOM and wider 2030 vision programs. This role and team will be tasked with taking full advantage of these strong relationships and expanding them.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone in the region looking for the next step into senior leadership and beyond.

As a senior leadership role in the region, the key requirements for success in this role are:

• Senior advisory experience within Riyadh or UAE, with experience in procurement and demonstrable ability to build consulting frameworks for procurement and cost optimization of transformation projects.
• Experience working on large capital or infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia or UAE is essential.
• Ability to manage a high-performing and growing team, with a clear vision on hiring strategy and operational structure to develop this function.
• Degree level education is ideal; however, it is not essential. Further qualifications such as MBA or CIPS are preferred.
