Job Description

Spectrum IT are working a leading financial services client in London to hire a Contract Actimize Implementation Consultant. This role will join an established Professional Services team and will focus on a full span implementation of a NICE Actimize Integrated Fraud Management (IFM) product suite. As part of a large implementation and collaboration project with a renowned global end client, you will play a leading role in the installation, customisation and configuration of technical software products. This role will be hybrid working requiring at least 2 days onsite from the London office/Clients sites per week and has been deemed Outside IR35.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the installation, customisation and configuration of Actimize products and provide technical assistance to external clients
  • Understand and explain functionality of Actimize products to business users
  • Coach clients in detailed data requirements for Actimize package
  • Assist clients in developing ETL and help perform data validation activities
  • Support users through testing, UAT and product acceptance phases
  • Act as liaison between the client and business

Skills/Experience

  • Extensive knowledge of Actimize technology
  • Actimize Integrated Fraud Management (IFM) experience
  • Experience in working with various Database Management Systems, preferably SQL Server, Oracle and PostgreSQL.
  • Previous experience in implementation of software applications in the financial services industry highly desirable
  • Knowledge of broker/dealer surveillance, anti-money laundering, risk management and/or anti-fraud highly
  • Must have strong SQL skills
  • Excellent technical analysis skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of at least two operating systems: Windows, UNIX or Linux
  • Excellent communication skills and client facing experience preferably in a Consulting or Professional Services capacity
  • Software coding experience - desirable.
  • Experience using data warehousing platforms for ETL such as Informatica or DataStage - desirable
  • Experience in web-services implementations, web Application Server installation and configuration - highly desirable
  • Understanding of containerisation concepts and experience with EKS desirable
