Job Description
CK Group are recruiting for a Contract Administrator, to join a leading biopharmaceutical company, based at their site in Paddington, London on a hybrid basis.
Contract duration:
6 months.
Rate:
£15.24 per hour PAYE or £19.80 per hour via umbrella company.

Location:
This role is home based initially, then will be based at our client s site in Paddington for three days per week and two home working.

Contract Administrator Role:
- Apply and evolve the Health Care Practitioner (HCP) and Patient contracting process in collaboration with all key stakeholders.
- Manage individual HCPs and Patient contracts associated with medical communication activities.
- Develop and maintain a Contract process chart, outlining the process, the different country requirements and timelines, the core stakeholders and the relevant databases.
- Manage HCPS and Patient contracts for medical communication activities such as;
- Advisory board meetings
- Satellite symposia
- Training
Your Background:
- Graduate qualification or equivalent working experience in a relevant discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, especially in the scientific field.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and schedule high volume tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working in a similar role in the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in contracting regulations and legal experience that would be an advantage.
