• Develop and implement conversational AI (e.g. AI models to analyze and interpret audio data from call centers).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our customer service operations.

• Continuously monitor and improve the performance of AI models.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and NLP technologies.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders.

• Utilize agentic AI use case skills to enhance the functionality and effectiveness of AI solutions.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.

• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI models, particularly with audio data also multi modal models).

• Proven experience in building data pipelines for voice applications

• Proven experience in graph db or knowledge graphs technologies

• Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Experience with natural language processing and speech recognition technologies.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Demonstrated skills in agentic AI use cases.

• Fluent in German and English

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective collective agreement is EUR 43.078, gross per year.
