My client, a global leader in their domain, is searching for a Copywriter, Content designer to help create an industry first passenger assistance assessment. This role focuses on creating insight-driven solution to personalised passenger journeys, ensuring confidence and comfort through tailored recommendations and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop an insight-led, needs-based passenger questionnaire
• Deliver passenger journey recommendations, reassurance and guidance, relevant to the passenger's expressed needs
• Provide passengers the ability to seek further assistance in their upcoming journey

Ideal Candidate:

• Create an initial Questionnaire and roadmap of the guidance and content that could be leveraged for the recommendations/journey planner
• Map of the experience we want to create - both the questionnaire and the nature and scope of the recommendations we can provide
• A well-defined and heuristically tested prototype of the experience we want to bring to life for the questionnaire
• A complete set of EPICS/Stories for the development of the Questionnaire
