Your new role
- You will support the fees, billing and collection of fees. Whilst providing excellent customer service.
- Responding to enquiries relating to fees, discounts, payments and registration charges.
- Process and reconcile fees received
- Management of direct debits
- Issue refunds
- Collection of outstanding monies
What you'll need to succeed
- All-round knowledge within a collections/finance team
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Excellent team player
- Maintain customer records
- Strong IT skills
