Job Description

About the role

The School of ESOL at Enfield has an extensive curriculum offer to 16-18 and adult learners from Pre-Entry Level to Level 1 in range of courses both full and part-time. You will be responsible for a defined set of courses and work alongside another Curriculum Manager to ensure our diverse cohort of learners experience the post possible education to enable them to develop in their own lives.

About you

You will be a motivated and committed individual who embraces change and has the ability to respond proactively in range of situations. You will be an expert ESOL practitioner with the knowledge to enhance and develop the curriculum and staff base. You will be flexible, able to prioritise, and enjoy the challenges that a busy and thriving FE environment bring.
