Customer Service Supervisor

We require:

• Experience of stock systems
• Previous experience working within the manufacturing industry
• Supervising experience
• Be able to manage multiple tasks
• Drive and motivation
• Relationship building skills with both internal colleagues and external customers
• Experience being accountable for KPI's and tracking staff's progress
• Ability to supervise internal staff whilst also being hands on with customers
• ERP or Stock Management system
