R13 are currently supporting a fantastic business in their search for a Customer Service Team Leader to join their team in Norwich. Within this role you will be supporting a team of Customer Service Agents, whilst getting hands-on in supporting customers when queries are escalated.
This is a full time, permanent role working 4 days per week (Mon-Fri) plus 1 weekend shift. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 1 day per week in the Norwich office. The offered salary for this position is competitive depending on experience.

The day to day
- Overseeing operations and ensuring a smooth customer service function.
- Managing and supporting your team of Customer Service Advisors.
- Coaching your team, providing regular feedback & audits for improvement.
- Flagging any recurring issues and following these through to completion.
- Managing compliance, ensuring team actions are in line with company values & policies.
You will have/be
- Proven customer service experience.
- Previous leadership/management experience, with the ability to motivate & direct a team.
- Strong customer service skills including email & call handling.
- Skilled in negotiation and crisis resolution.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
