Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Dynamics 365 Developer with expertise in X , Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), and PowerApps development to join my clients team team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and customise solutions within Dynamics 365, with a focus on both Finance and Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE) modules. You'll leverage your experience in X and PowerApps to deliver critical business solutions and enhance system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customise solutions within Dynamics 365 F&O and CE using X .
• Enhance existing Dynamics CE applications (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) to address evolving business requirements.
• Create custom entities, forms, reports, and configure workflows in both F&O and CE environments.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems or third-party applications.

PowerApps Development:

• Design and develop bespoke business applications using PowerApps to streamline processes.
• Build responsive user interfaces and integrate PowerApps with Dynamics 365 and other data sources.
• Use Power Automate to create workflows that automate tasks across Dynamics 365 CE and other platforms.

Solution Design & Architecture:

• Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices for performance, scalability, and security.
• Contribute to system architecture and design decisions for extending Dynamics 365 functionalities.

Collaboration & Support:

• Work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 CE and PowerApps solutions.
• Document technical specifications and maintain solution design documentation.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Dynamics 365 F&O using X . and CE development experience is a huge bonus.
• Hands-on experience with PowerApps development and creating custom applications on the Power Platform.
• Proficiency in workflows, automation, and integration's using Power Automate.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service.
• Familiarity with Azure services, C#, .NET, and JavaScript for integrating external applications is advantageous.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in developing and customising Dynamics 365 solutions, including hands-on X work.
• Proven track record in developing PowerApps solutions integrated with Dynamics 365.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE modules and managing customisation's.

Education:

• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, PowerApps, or Power Platform are highly desirable.

• Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
