Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Field Services, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Sales Insight, Dynamics 365 for Sales, Dynamics 365 Field Services, and Microsoft CRM. Experience in the Utilities domain is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical expertise in Field Services, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Sales Insight, Dynamics 365 for Sales, Dynamics 365 Field Services, and Microsoft CRM.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of project tasks.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
- Facilitate project meetings including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and project reviews.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support to project team members to ensure their success and professional development.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Utilize best practices and industry standards to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Possess strong experience in project management with a focus on Field Services and Dynamics 365.
- Demonstrate expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Sales Insight, Dynamics 365 for Sales, Dynamics 365 Field Services, and Microsoft CRM.
- Experience in the Utilities domain is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Certifications Required
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required. Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals is a plus.
