Inviting applications for the role of Data-Tech-AI Partner Tech Consulting - Vice President - English

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying technology transformation opportunities within large organizations and driving that transformation through our Digital and Technology capabilities with our industry-leading methodologies.

Responsibilities
  1. Establish strong relationships in key & prospective accounts to understand their technology priorities and state of their business; use that knowledge to provide strategic recommendations that enable the overall success of their business.
  2. Bring strong technology advisory experience to elevate points of view, offerings, and outcomes specific and relevant for clients.
  3. Drive relationship development and stakeholder management at CIO and CTO level across buying centers.
  4. Responsible for driving growth within a regional or global portfolio ranging from $10m to $35m through partnership with enterprise sales and mining of existing relationships; identify/close/deliver technology consulting opportunities as well as larger transformation opportunities including managed services.
  5. Build vision for portfolio and enable vision through strategic roadmaps including the creation and implementation of growth plans for key/strategic accounts.
  6. Research industry and domain best practices and trends to improve internal offerings and solutions to our clients.
  7. Keep teams and services apprised of relevant technology trends and opportunities that can add value to our clients and accelerate our growth.
  8. Constantly build and maintain subject matter expertise.
  9. Identify opportunities for expanding Genpact services to drive business value across client engagement.
  10. Build industry relevant digital offerings that can be standardized, repeated, and scaled.
  11. Invest in the Genpact brand by developing and publishing relevant white papers.
  12. Evaluate the structure, policies, operations, current tech stack, people, and ways of working of a client and recommend a transformation vision including process, products, and data, that enable the client to achieve its goals.
  13. Translate recommended transformation vision into a set of requirements and customer roadmap.
  14. Leverage our standard methodologies in the delivery and implementation of project/program scope to drive business value for our clients.
  15. Responsible for the full end-to-end lifecycle of the entire team including hiring, onboarding, assessing, and evaluating performance and firing team members.
  16. Provide leadership to the team through coaching, mentoring, and development of staff.
  17. Consult with leadership and HR on sensitive and difficult employee situations and issues.
  18. Build meaningful relationships and community within the team.
  19. Ensure new staff are trained in an efficient and effective way.
Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or master's/MBA in either of the following disciplines: technology and engineering, or data management.
  2. Relevant years of experience driving technology transformation for large organizations.
  3. Experience of platform modernization including microservices, APIs, containerization, and cloud.
  4. Experience of technology strategy, enterprise and solution architecture, and technology delivery.
  5. Experience with different insurance specific platforms and technologies e.g., data extraction, AI, policy administration, rating, workbench, claims, billing, and workflow.
  6. Strong insurance experience across GI, Commercial and L&P.
  7. Thorough understanding of digital and analytical trends within the industry.
  8. Experience of aligning business design/target state with target state enterprise architecture and technology delivery.
  9. Work with enterprise architects, business design, and technology delivery leads.
  10. Define a critical path for delivery, identifying transition states.
  11. Experience of technology delivery and managing SI partners to ensure progress is in line with the roadmap.
  12. Comfortable aligning different parts of the IT organization e.g., DevOps, IT security.
  13. Experience of flexing across different IT situations e.g. IT current state assessment, IT spend review, architecture assessment, run client RFP for tech selection etc.
  14. Must be a self-starter e.g. preparing ppt, producing proposals.
  15. Project management experience and exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
  16. Experience with global clients and stakeholders.
  17. Experience with collaboration and facilitation techniques.
  18. Knowledge of project planning techniques.
  19. Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  20. Experience with effectively influencing C-level customers and internal stakeholders.
  21. Experience with contract negotiation and drafting.
  22. Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  23. Excellent problem solver, hyper logical and goal-oriented thinker.
  24. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - verbal and written.
  25. Excellent presentation skills - in person & virtually.
  26. Ability to work effectively in team environments.
  27. Able to create & maintain relationships easily.
  28. Ability to thrive in ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
  1. Masters/MBA in either of the following disciplines: business, finance, supply chain, accounting, analytics, engineering, or data management.
  2. Experience with MIRO, MS Visio, and various project management applications.
  3. Well-connected in the market to generate new leaders for the business.
  4. Lean Six Sigma Certified (Green or Black belt).
