Role: Development Lead
Salary: £65,000 - £80,000
Location: Bristol hybrid (2-3d ays)

A leading player in the InsurTech sector is seeking a skilled Development Lead to join their growing team. You will be working with a brilliant team who value a good work life balance, sociable atmosphere and significant career progression opportunities.
We are looking for a developer who can support more junior members of the team whilst remaining hands on and in charge of your own code base.
In terms of skill set - you will:
- Strong background in TDD/BDD & SOLID
- Be proficient in LAMP stack with Laravel
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices
- Upholder of coding standards
- Proven leadership skills in managing and mentoring teams
Nice to haves
- Experience with React framework
- Exposure to AWS serverless technologies
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
