Due to continued success and client wins, I'm on the hunt for a trailblazing DevOps Engineer to join my Global client's team. What you will be doing:
  • Take the helm and steer team activities, ensuring top-notch service delivery, smart work delegation, and optimal capacity management.
  • Become the linchpin for our clients and the UK infrastructure team, guiding them through the tech maze with ease.
  • Master the art of installing, deploying, and configuring docker/Kubernetes clusters, making automation and deployment pipelines your playground.
  • Design and implement solutions that are not just scalable and available but also bulletproof in terms of reliability, performance, and security.
  • Tackle complex technical challenges head-on and troubleshoot production incidents like a pro.
  • Craft and uphold SLAs that are not just promises but commitments carved in stone, based on solid SLOs and SLIs.
  • Engage with client technical and business teams, ensuring the solutions we craft are nothing short of revolutionary.
  • Mentor and develop your team, creating a culture where knowledge is not just shared but celebrated.
  • Be the hero on-call, ready to swoop in for high-priority tickets and drive continuous service enhancement.
Are you the one? You are if:
  • You've got proven commercial experience with Azure and Kubernetes, managing Kubernetes infrastructure like a seasoned captain.
  • Docker and Kubernetes aren't just tools; they're extensions of your tech-savvy mind.
  • Your programming skills are top-notch, with shell scripting languages and Python as your trusty sidekicks
  • Kubernetes certification? That's a feather in your cap.
  • Elasticsearch and CI/CD knowledge? You're speaking our language.
  • ITIL certification or service management experience? That's the cherry on top.
  • Your communication skills are as strong as your technical prowess, building customer relationships that last.
