Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with a background in Salesforce to join our team in a hybrid role. This position requires a strong focus on continuous integration, deployment pipelines, and automation processes within the Salesforce environment. The role is inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications.
• Automate and streamline deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure processes.
• Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and other platforms.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure best practices in DevOps, scalability, and system reliability.
• Implement security and compliance standards across Salesforce environments.
• Monitor system performance and resolve any production issues promptly.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with Salesforce development, deployment, and integration.
• Proven expertise in DevOps methodologies, tools, and practices.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (eg, Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI).
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration systems such as Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a hybrid environment.
