Job Description

Customer Success Manager (Digital) - West Midlands base with 3 days per week on-site/customer sites - to £55K + benefits

Our client, a major provider of food, hospitality and support services have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Success Manager to be responsible for driving the digital strategy across the company and to customers. Your role will be to ensure the successful adoption, implementation, and ongoing satisfaction across the sector for both clients and customers with digital products, services and solutions. The role will involve a combination of customer relationship management, technical expertise, and strategic planning. You will be the lead advocate for our award-winning digital solutions with multiple features in a growing number of outlets. We are looking for a customer success management/delivery professional who has delivered exceptional customer satisfaction through digital products/SaaS, ideally in a hospitality/retail/FMCG/food & beverage business.

Ideally you will demonstrate:

  • Experience of driving customer success of a digital product (such as mobile app/POS/Kiosks/AI tray scanning) in a hospitality, food & beverage, FMCG, or retail business
  • Experience of working across multiple business areas and managing relationships at a senior level with stakeholders and customers
  • Experienced & enthusiastic in App or Digital Product development/implementation
  • A great team player who is passionate about excellence in customer experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • You are a self-starter, able to work autonomously and driven to achieve results.
  • Excellent influence and persuasion skills.

Please note: the role will require a minimum of one day per week at the head office plus up to 2 further days per week on customer sites.
