Digital Transformation Programme Manager

£56,401 per annum

Full time, 35 hours per week

Permanent contract

London based contract with the option of hybrid working in the office and from home

Exciting opportunity to join the CSP s Innovations Team at the CSP in support of our public-good mission. You will be integral in establishing and embedding a programme management function for our Digital Transformation Programme at the CSP in aid of our 65,000 members and the physiotherapy profession.

The CSP is a one-off organisation. We give expert voice to UK physiotherapy, and support our members throughout their education, working lives and retirement. The organisation strives to provide the very best services for all our members, we have an ambitious and exciting programme of digital transformation to support this goal.

You will be leading the Digital Transformation programme management at the CSP managing an Innovations team that is focused on driving improvements for colleagues and members across the organisation. This function is the core driver to ensure that digital projects are effectively developed, planned and delivered as part of an overall programme of work.

You will combine professional expertise with personal integrity: we are a values-driven organisation, and delivering change with impact in the most effective and efficient way will be your mantra.

You will drive assurance to the executive and the CSPs highest authority its elected Council - as well as leading the planning of the important digital transformation work being understaken at the CSP.

This is an opportunity to set out the CSPs Operating Model ensuring that future digital transformation projects are delivered in a sustainable, assured and effective manner.

The CSP operates a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work between their home and the office. While we do not stipulate the number of days in the office, employees can decide, through discussions with their line managers, how, when, and where they work best, balancing the needs of the CSP, the team, and themselves. Employees are still expected to attend the office for in-person meetings when required for their role and the organisation. Homeworking is subject to meeting homeworking assessment requirements, which include a minimum broadband speed of 18Mbps and a dedicated space to work from.
