About the role
We're looking for a highly strategic, ambitious, and data-driven Director Enterprise Sales DACH. In this senior role, you will take responsibility for driving new business opportunities and building strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients. This position requires a unique blend of skills, including consulting, strategic selling, project management, and customer success. Additionally, you are an exceptional communicator with a proven ability to navigate complex enterprise environments and an entrepreneurial mindset that drives results. While currently an Individual Contributor role, this position offers the potential to evolve into a team leadership opportunity in the future.
Your main responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive Account or Territory strategies to drive both new business growth and expansion opportunities within a diverse portfolio of enterprise clients.
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities within existing accounts while establishing strategic relationships with new enterprise clients to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor within the Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) industry for the DACH region, representing the company at high-level industry events and discussions.
- Engage with senior-level decision-makers (C-Level and above) to understand their business needs, determine buying readiness, and establish long-term partnerships.
- Provide accurate and reliable sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure pipeline health and predictability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to influence product development, marketing strategies, and overall enterprise sales approach.
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives by implementing effective sales strategies and tactics.
- 10+ years of proven field experience in quota-carrying roles, with a focus on enterprise-level, complex sales processes in a competitive and fast-paced market.
- Demonstrated success in building and expanding relationships with large enterprise clients, including opening new accounts.
- Extensive experience managing long sales cycles and engaging with multiple stakeholders, including C-Level executives.
- Highly skilled in developing business champions and driving decision-making within client organisations.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to influence key decision-makers and navigate complex enterprise environments.
- Exceptional ability to articulate the strategic business value of sophisticated enterprise technology solutions to diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
