In this role you will

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy in line with company objectives.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Product Management, Product Marketing, and Product Design.
• Streamline and expand product operations for scalability and efficiency.
• Implement growth strategies to boost user acquisition, activation, and monetisation.
• Identify and prioritise improvements to the application's UI and UX.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide the product from conception to launch.

What you need to be successful

• 6 years of experience in product management roles, with at least 2 years in leadership positions.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and actionable plans.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in the B2B realm.
• Strong understanding of UI and UX best practices across both mobile and web platforms, with a demonstrated ability to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Experience with product marketing and go-to-market strategies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English; German or French is a plus.
