YOUR MISSIONThe Director People ensures that enmacc is an amazing place for our talents to perform and grow. He/she manages the people department at enmacc and oversees the whole employee lifecycle. Joining us as Director People is an awesome opportunity to shape our employees' development and to have a direct impact on our company's success.
enmacc is evolving quickly, and we look for someone with an agile mindset and a go-getter attitude to drive our growth from a people perspective. Ideally, you have worked in a start-up/scale-up and directly with senior management. As our Director People, you will work very independently, create your department strategy, and act as a key sparring partner to the CEO and the leadership team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES- You will oversee all talent-related activities in a 360 way and guide the leadership team on all people-related projects.
- Recruitment: find great talents and act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on hiring.
- Design our overarching recruitment strategy and our employer branding approach.
- Define position-dependent recruitment channels and optimise them.
- Manage the recruitment funnel end-to-end.
- Onboarding/offboarding: ensure people have a great start and exit with good memories.
- Ensure effective acculturation and integration during onboarding.
- Create an empathetic offboarding and ensure we learn from it.
- Culture: ensure our talents love working with us and live our culture.
- Develop activities around our values (fun, supportive, curious, persistent).
- Together with the leadership team, ensure social activities are bonding experiences.
- Together with the office team, ensure our office is a place people call home.
- Development/training: enable all employees to develop in the best way possible.
- Design our development and training strategy.
- Manage liaison with external training providers.
- Enable a performance-driven mindset across the organisation.
- Manage our half-yearly performance reviews and quarterly check-ins.
- Develop questionnaires and related methods based on state-of-the-art.
- Manage and develop the people team.
- Lead the daily/weekly cadence, coach and train your team.
- Business Partnering: act as key sparring partner.
Advise and proactively support the Leadership Team and Management on all people-related matters. Foster strong relationships with line managers and employees to drive initiatives that align with business goals and employee needs.
YOUR PROFILE- Several years of work experience in a start-up/scale-up or similar environment.
- 5+ years experience managing People teams.
- Experienced interacting with senior management.
- High personal ambition level with a "getting things done" mindset and hands-on approach.
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and experience in managing projects around talent management, 360 feedback cycles, compensation and benefits and other People-related and strategic initiatives.
- Degree in psychology, business, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- German or additional European languages would be a plus.
- You are currently located in Munich or willing to relocate to Munich.
