ROLE PROFILE:

Drive the direction and delivery of major, high-profile programmes across the People Function to achieve strategic objectives, with a particular focus on transformational change.

ROLE SUMMARY:
  • Project Change Lead for our People Transformation initiative. Play a pivotal role in guiding and implementing change efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
  • Run change programmes across the function, assessing governance requirements and creating effective structures around programmes, ensuring effective delivery.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
  • Lead the change workstream for the People Function Transformation activity, working with external partners to effectively drive required changes across the function and wider business.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to enable transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall project plan.
  • Provide overall programme leadership, guidance and technical expertise to drive all aspects of a programme including requirements analysis, business case creation, planning and execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure their engagement and support throughout the transformation process.
  • Develop and implement a communication plan to keep all partners informed and engaged, using various channels and methods as appropriate.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to promote understanding and engagement from all levels of the organization.
  • Assess the need for training and development programs to support the transformation initiative, supporting design and delivery of training programs in partnership with external providers.
  • Produce reports for senior management and other partners on progress against objectives and plans, highlighting any improvement areas and the requirements to correct them.
  • Promote and cultivate collaboration across broad categories of partners (including customers), providing leadership in cross-functional meetings and representing the seniority of the programme or senior stakeholders in governance boards and committees.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor programme and project managers within the programme, setting performance and delivery expectations to yield consistent results, whilst highlighting and promoting successful practices across the organisation.
  • Review methodology used across the function, ensuring processes are simplified with a focus on enhancing efficiency and experience while ensuring all projects adhere to LSEG Group Standards for project methodology, governance and risk management.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  • Significant experience in project and change management, with a focus on people transformation or similar initiatives.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing large-scale organizational change projects.
  • Solid understanding of project and change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Focused on empathy and support, with a genuine interest in helping others succeed.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
