Main Contractor - Document Controller - Cardiff

Your new role Working on a large construction scheme in Cardiff for an established Main Contractor, you will be responsible for ensuring all the project documentation is up to date, accessible and accurately maintained:

  • Manage and oversee document control for construction projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of all project documentation.
  • Ensure timely distribution of documents and drawings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitate document retrieval for project managers and engineers.
  • Implement and improved document control procedures.

  • Proven experience in a document control role within the construction industry.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with document management software - ViewPoint and SharePoint experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
