Role Overview:
The school are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join their enthusiastic team on a part time basis, working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education to the youngest pupils in school, ensuring they have a strong foundation for their future learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active learning and positive social interactions.
  • Assess and monitor pupils' progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.
  • Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the wider school activities and initiatives.
  • Qualifications and Experience:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in an Early Years setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
