Job Description
Who we're looking for:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reward Partner to join our dynamic EMEA People team. Reporting to the EMEA Total Rewards Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering a rewarding employee experience across our diverse region.
This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on over 11,000 employees across 25+ countries, spanning from the Nordics to South Africa.
What you'll be doing:As a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, you will:
- Deliver key compensation cycles: Support the bi-annual salary review process, including budget allocation, data analysis, and implementation. Manage the monthly 'promote to vacancy' process, ensuring alignment with reward principles and pay ranges.
- Deliver short-term incentive plan (STIP) success: Support all aspects of the STIP program, including eligibility, target setting, communication, payout calculation, and payroll processing.
- Be a data champion: Manage global compensation survey submissions, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Analyse internal and external salary data to provide benchmarks and develop competitive package recommendations, particularly for senior hires.
- Provide insightful reporting and analysis: Utilise your strong analytical skills to model data, generate insights, and support reward-related decisions, including gender pay analysis and bonus recommendations.
- Champion our Career Architecture: Act as the guardian of our Career Architecture, ensuring its effective implementation and integration with reward processes. Maintain data integrity and guide markets on its application.
- Ensure data accuracy and system expertise: Maintain the WPP executive compensation database and other relevant systems. Act as the internal expert for our global people database (Aloha), providing training and support to the People team.
- Collaborate effectively: Partner closely with Reward colleagues globally and within WPP on various projects, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Solid experience: You have a strong background as a Reward Partner or Analyst, with deep knowledge of all annual reward cycles.
- Data-driven mindset: You are highly analytical and possess advanced Excel skills, comfortable manipulating large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
- Benchmarking and job evaluation expertise: You have experience using and submitting data to leading salary surveys (e.g., Mercer, Radford, WTW) and are familiar with job levelling/evaluation methodologies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management: You are a confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships and provide clear, concise guidance.
- Proactive and results-oriented: You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and possess a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Adaptable and resilient: You thrive in a fluid environment, embracing change and ambiguity with a positive attitude.
- Culturally sensitive: You are comfortable working with diverse teams across different cultures and geographies.
- Technical proficiency: You have experience using Workday or similar HR systems.
