Are you a Qualified On construction energy assessor looking to progress into Retrofit or management?
Do you want to be part of a company that can offer training in Dynamic thermal and non-domestic assessing?As an Energy Assessor you will Perform SAP calculations and issue Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for residential projects.

- OCDEA Qualified
- Experienced in SAP assessments, EPC production, and UK Building Regulations.
- Based in Nottinghamshire/Lincolnshire
The Role:
- Perform SAP calculations and issue Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for residential projects.
- Advise on energy efficiency, carbon emissions, and sustainability to meet regulations.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and construction teams for energy assessments.
