Your new role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English teacher to join the team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to ignite a passion for English in your students, helping them to see the beauty and relevance of English in everyday life. You will design and implement a comprehensive English curriculum that not only meets educational standards but also encourages critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Your new role involves:

  • Developing and delivering engaging and challenging lessons across a range of English topics.
  • Employing diverse teaching strategies to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
  • Encouraging students to develop confidence in their English abilities and to approach problems with curiosity and determination.
  • Providing individualised support and feedback to help students achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to foster a supportive and dynamic learning environment.
  • Staying current with educational best practices and innovations in mathematics education.
What you'll need to succeed

  • QTS or a similar discipline
  • A passion for teaching English to KS3 & KS4 students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creativity in lesson planning and instructional methods
  • A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom and environment
  • The ability to inspire and motivate students
  • Enthusiasm for collaborating with a dedicated team of educators
