Job Description
- Oversee European operations from their London office, ensuring business objectives align with the global luxury brand strategy
- Develop and implement market strategies to enhance brand presence, growth, and profitability across multiple regions
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including high-profile clients and partners
- Conduct market analysis and identify new opportunities for expansion within Europe and beyond
- Lead, inspire, and develop cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
- Manage budgets, P&L responsibilities, and financial performance, ensuring revenue targets are achieved
- Represent the brand at industry events, fostering a luxury image consistent with the company's values
- The European General Manager will be required to travel to various sites across Europe regularly
The Successful Applicant
European General Manager
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the luxury goods or premium consumer goods industry, specifically within food or drink/FMCG
- Fluency in French and English; additional European languages are an asset
- Strong understanding of European markets, consumer behaviour, and trends in luxury goods
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with financial acumen to drive profitability and manage P&L
- Be based in London when not travelling across Europe
