• Relish having the autonomy and space to really drive their pub - we're an independent operator, where driving not caretaking is our thing.
• Possess strong business acumen alongside a passion for elevating the guest experience.

A proven revenue driver, you'll love developing your team to create and deliver memorable guest experiences.

What's in it for You

• Salary of £45k - £47k based on your experience + tronc + Bonus
• AMAZING additional tronc/service payments - in region of a further £8k a year. OTE £53k - £55k
• 45 Hour working Weeks is the norm
• Additional quarterly General Manager bonus plan of £2500 a quarter.
