Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator Deeside £26,000 - £28,000 Liaising with clients' enquiries for repairs and reactive maintenance via CAFM systems. Using CAFM systems. Scheduling of planned maintenance. Manage contractors via CAFM and phone. Regularly holding meetings with directors and clients. #
Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator Location: Deeside Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 (salary increase annually) + £200 on call allowance a month Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5 in office (on call once a month/ every 4/5 weeks)
