Your new company
Are a higher education facility based in Cambridge, with an immaculate reputation. They are undertaking a large project currently with a need for multiple facilities operatives to focus on the compliance processes for the assets within the facility.
Your new role
Will be largely focussing on the compliance of the buildings including legionella checks, fire extinguisher tests, checking fire doors etc. The role will require you to be physically fit as there is a large site that you will need to cover and be responsible for.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience in a similar position and specifically with legionella testing and fire extinguisher checks. You need to be able to hit the ground running to fit in well with the fast-paced environment for the new projects that are being undertaken. With the potential to work for an extended period of time and then potentially to go permanent within the role.
