An opportunity for someone with prior sales experience to join a family-run feed business and take over an established sales territory in the home counties.
As a Sales Representative, you will primarily be on-farm, meeting with clients to provide product advice and close sales. Direct experience selling to farmers is essential for this role. While the majority of your focus will be on farmers, a portion of your customer base will also include merchants.
You will also be responsible for generating new business within your territory and attending local shows and events to build strong relationships with farmers in your area.
The role:
- Selling directly to farmers
- Provide product support and advice
- Regular travel (Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire & Cambridgeshire)
- Business development
- Build relationships and network within the industry
- Attend shows and events
About you:
- Previous sales experience
- Feed knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to travel regularly
- UK driving licence
