About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software at client sites.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including network and system troubleshooting.
• Provide support for desktop, server, and network environments.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal system performance.
• Deliver excellent customer service, offering clear communication and tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all work undertaken.
• Stay updated with the latest IT technologies and best practices.

About You:

• Proven experience as an IT Field Service Engineer or similar role.
• Strong technical expertise in hardware, software, and networking.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and server management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Full UK driving license is essential.
• Relevant certifications (eg, CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus.
