Field Service Engineer in Dresden, Germany

In this role, you will work directly with our innovative tools in our customers' fabs, ensuring their seamless operation and maintenance. • Responsible for the maintenance of our hi-tech machines in our customer's factory
• Conduct regular routine checks of machines, including documentation and reporting
• Troubleshoot and find solutions to system problems
• Maintain the ERP system, including spare parts management
• Create maintenance and measurement logs
• Build a complete and broad understanding of multi-beam mask writers.
• Be able to work independently.
• Internal and external communication about the progress of tool optimization.
• On-call service for troubleshooting.

• Completed technical education (University, FH, or apprenticeship) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
• One to two years of experience in precision mechanics is advantageous
• Careful, precise, and structured work approach
• Strong communication and social skills, exceptional service orientation, and intercultural competence
• High willingness to travel (approximately 40-50%)
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
• Good knowledge of vacuum systems, electronics, and mechanics is an advantage
• Programming skills (PLC, Python) and experience with Linux systems are a plus
