Location: Pall Mall London (3 to 4 days in the office)

We are seeking a dedicated finance professional to play a critical role in driving financial success by partnering closely with the Global Commercial VP Finance and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). This position supports key financial decision-making by leading global commercial budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring the delivery of the financial plan through the proactive provision of relevant and timely financial insights for data-driven decisions. The role is pivotal in maintaining the accuracy and availability of financial data to guide business strategy, sustain operations, and safeguard the organization's assets, contributing to the company's overall stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working in close partnership with the Global Commercial VP Finance and CCO to support in key financial decision making.
  • Lead for Global Commercial Budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Delivery of the Financial Plan by proactively providing relevant and timely financial information to inform data driven decision-making.
  • Responsible for making sure the company has the accurate and timely financial data available as a decision base to steer business, to sustain the company's operations and to safeguard the organization's assets.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Proven years of experience in commercial finance.
  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA/MBA is ideal.
  • Ability to partner effectively with the Finance Directors and other senior stakeholders in all financial matters and to build effective relationships at executive management level.
  • Previous people leadership experience with a track record of ability to maximise individual and team performance.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence key decisions through informed recommendations.
  • Proven track record of managing and engaging stakeholders in an international and multi-cultural environment.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking with commercial acumen and decision making.
  • Proven track record of continuous improvement and value creation.
  • Highly effective communicator both in writing and face to face. Able to adapt messaging to deliver required results in a multi-cultural, global context.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Development and coaching skills to build a high performing team and help team members achieve their potential.
  • Able to operate independently with high levels of personal accountability.
  • Unquestionable integrity and personal ethics.
