Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Monitor cash flow, profitability, and key financial metrics.
- Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support business decisions.
- Manage accounting functions including ledgers, accounts payable, and receivable.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Liaise with auditors and support the annual audit process.
- Provide leadership to a small finance team and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Qualified or QBE Accountant
- Experience of working in a PE-backed environment
- Acquisitions experience
