Job Description

FM Administrator

London based

Permanent role

£30,000 PA

The FM Administrator will report into the Senior Engineer/ Facilities Manager, responsible for ensuring all supported administrative elements of the contract are maintained and completed to support delivery in accordance with SLA & KPI's.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the Facilities Helpdesk utilising the CAFM system
  • To be the initial point of contact and provide regular relevant updates to those who have logged issue
  • Support the FM Manager & Senior Engineer with procurement activity both locally and within the framework provided by the procurement lead
  • Project management support where necessary
  • Record and maintain asset information within the CAFM system to ensure all asset data is current
  • Produce reports and forecasts based on data within the CAFM system
  • To monitor and record all PO's and expenditure
  • Process expenses & travel requirements
  • Process pay-roll time sheets, overtime & sickness.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to use the CAFM system with extensive previous experience
  • Excellent PC skills on a variety of applications
  • Ability to operate and maintain accurate records
  • Ability to work to set deadlines
  • Create reports from raw data
  • Ability to communicate confidentially and professionally at all levels both verbally and in writing.
