We are looking for an FP&A Partner France who is strategic, analytical and collaborative to join our Finance department, based in our offices in Colombes, France. (Please submit application in English)

About the role

You will support the financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions within the organization. This involves preparing financial reports, conducting and communicating variance analyses, contributing to the budget and forecasting processes, and providing key insights to aid strategic decision-making.

Who you'll work with

You will support and influence stakeholders in the local markets, including Finance Business Partners (FBPs), both local and global, and leadership from the businesses.

What you'll do

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with Business Partners, including Record-to-Report, Global Finance, and Sourcing counterparts.
  2. Provide analysis to drive resource allocation, insight to support decisions, forward-looking analysis to highlight risks and opportunities to business results.
  3. Collaborate with Leads and business leadership to provide financial support and guidance.
  4. Evaluate and interpret financial data and operational trends to enable effective resource allocation and decision-making.
  5. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and key performance indicator reporting aligned with Europe/Global.
  6. Assist the Finance business Partner in the preparation of financial presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  7. Support the annual budgeting process, including coordinating inputs from various departments.
  8. Collect, analyse, and interpret financial and operational data to support business decisions.
  9. Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, systems, and reporting.

Interested? For this role we're looking for the following experience and skills

  1. Bachelor's or master's Degree in related field, with a minimum of 5 years of professional background in finance, preferably in complex global companies with outsourced model.
  2. Able to work within budgetary/financial objectives set by line management.
  3. Ability to be the recognized expert for deep technical knowledge and to manage demand from the business for analytics requests.
  4. Strong depth of financial, economic, and business analysis experience.
  5. Capability to translate business requirements into a realistic and feasible global framework.
  6. Ability to proactively challenge business partners and leadership on resource allocation expenses, business cases, investment proposals, etc. and recommend alternatives.
  7. Solution-oriented and action-focused with the ability to constructively challenge senior stakeholders.
  8. Affinity with systems, especially in accounting and analytical tools, predominantly SAP.
