Title: Freelance UX Architect + Product Designer

Start: Monday 9th December

Length: 6 months (good chance of extension)

Client: Digital Agency

Day rate: £400 per day (max)

IR35: Inside IR35 (The client has requested an Umbrella to be used, not Ltd)

Hybrid working: 5 days per week (Unchangeable) - 3 days a week in-house on Tuesday, Wednesday + Thursday (other 2 days will be remote)

Location: Central East London

Brief:

Leading planning sessions.

You may, on occasion also host workshops.

UX Architect (60%) + Product Designer (40%).

Providing scoping and effort estimates for project delivery.

Regular assessments of luxury competitors' digital initiatives.

Focus on direct-to-consumer eCommerce and brand development.

Supporting the Director of UX in your work with internal and client teams.

Gathering and documenting business and customer requirements is essential.

Knowledge of platforms and Content Management System (CMS) architecture.

Using analytics and user testing, you will continuously improve the brands' platforms.

Office365, solid in Figma to prototyping standard and using design systems is required.

Data-driven design, hypothesis creation, and personalisation will be integral to your approach.

Proven ability to synthesise large amounts of information efficiently, identifying critical insights.

Creating IA, navigation solutions, taxonomies, wireframes, and prototypes, alongside a UI Designer.

Interact with external agencies and partners for project development, data analytics and user research.

Present and develop innovative digital experiences with Client Partners, Delivery Partners, and internal teams.

Collaboration with internal teams (project management, creative), technical development teams and technologists.

Develop frameworks for improving digital products, vehicle sales, subscriptions, applications and travel experiences.

Solid experience in human-centred design, ideally in the customer sector, and senior experience within key accounts.

Collaborating with Data Analytics Optimisation teams, optimising eCommerce performance using behavioural science.
