Funds Associate

We are a leading international law firm with a pre-eminent funds practice seeking a talented Funds Associate to join our team in London.

About the role:
In this exciting role, you will play a key role in supporting our team on a variety of complex funds transactions, including:

• Fund formation and structuring
• Regulatory advice
• Tax planning
• Due diligence on potential investments
• Drafting transaction documents
• Client relationship management

You will work closely with Partners and Senior Associates, gaining exposure to all aspects of the funds practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your legal skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What we are looking for:

• A qualified Lawyer with experience in funds work
• A strong understanding of the UK regulatory regime for funds
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative and team-oriented approach
