The Games Delivery Specialist is responsible for ensuring customer-specific game adaptations are efficiently communicated, documented, and executed within an iLottery gaming studio. This role acts as the bridge between Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and the delivery team, translating game specifications into actionable user stories to drive successful game deliveries that meet customer expectations. What You'll Do
Customer Requirements Analysis
Partner with Customer Success Managers to gather and understand detailed game specifications for each customer.
Ensure clear communication to address specification updates or clarifications promptly.
User Story Creation
Convert customer-specific game requirements into detailed, actionable user stories using Agile methodologies.
Define and document clear acceptance criteria to align with customer expectations and internal standards.
Collaboration with the Delivery Team
Work closely with developers, QA specialists, and designers to ensure user stories are accurately implemented.
Act as the primary contact for clarifications and follow-ups during the development lifecycle.
Documentation and Tracking
Maintain detailed and organized documentation of all game specifications and corresponding user stories.
Monitor the progress of user stories to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
Quality Assurance Support
Collaborate with QA teams to validate that the delivered games meet the outlined customer requirements.
Assist in identifying and resolving any gaps or issues in the final product.
Process Improvement
Proactively suggest and implement enhancements to the processes for capturing customer requirements and developing user stories.
Contribute to improving overall efficiency and collaboration between CSMs, delivery teams, and other stakeholders.
1 year in a related role, such as Product Owner, Delivery Specialist, or Business Analyst in the gaming, software, or iLottery industry.
Agile development experience is highly preferred
Strong analytical and organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, or similar platforms for managing user stories and tracking progress.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
