General Manager, EMEA - Responsibilities:
- Ownership of account relationships
- Complete responsibility and delivery of the UK, Europe and Middle East revenue and contribution targets
- Optimise regional opportunity in partnership with global brand team and strategies
- Drive regional expansion strategy
- Ensure best in class forecasting across the sales function, ensuring key deadlines are met
- Work closely with operations and finance to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide sales and profitability forecasts to ensure sustained commercial viability
- Work closely with marketing to build and execute channel plans
- Lead various commercially-led internal projects to support company value-creation
- Support DTC international expansion strategy
- Support weekly trade meetings and report any issues that arise
- Track sales goals and report results as necessary
- Oversee the activities and performance of the regional sales function
General Manager, EMEA - Requirements:
- Experience in commercial leadership/management with solid experience in beauty/cosmetics.
- Strategic thinker who can conceptualize, coordinate, and project manage the execution of commercial strategies to deliver required results.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across the functions internally and externally.
- Ability to think strategically while being detail-oriented in order to solve complex problems and optimize trading.
- Understand the financial impact of decisions. Able to leverage financial metrics (Sales, Profits, ROI, etc.) to help make business recommendations.
- International experience or knowledge required.
