General Manager - Engineering

We are now seeking for General Manager - Engineering.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Account for full spectrum of project management duties from inception to completion
2. Manage project pipeline from design, tender submissions, installation to commissioning with the support from both internal and external stakeholders
3. Account for P&L responsibilities and budgeting
4. Acts as core member of senior management team to design the strategic initiatives and upcoming business growth
5. Review and monitor the vendors' performances to promote the quality excellence initiatives
6. Identify and develop risk mitigation plan

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Tertiary educated in Engineering, Construction or related disciplines
2. At least 15 years of project management experiences with proven track record preferably in sizable building services projects
3. Proven experiences in full project cycles from design to site management
4. Professional membership is highly preferred
5. Excellent communications and organizational abilities
6. A natural leader with strong problem-solving capabilities
7. Results driven, self-initiative and excellent business acumen
