General Manager - London - 50k-55k plus bonus
My client is a leading contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a General Manager for one of their venues in London.
For this General Manager role, they require someone who has:
- Experience working within contract catering
- Exceptional P&L Management skills
- Events and commercial venue experience
- The ability to run events with large numbers
- Comfortable managing a team of FOH and BOH staff
- Looking to grow within a forward-thinking company
