Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-volume catering operations, demonstrating exceptional leadership, organizational, and customer service skills. As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the catering operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the catering department, including planning, organizing, and executing catering events.
  2. Manage a team of catering staff, including chefs, servers, and support staff, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized catering solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
  5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  6. Monitor and control budgets, expenses, and inventory to achieve financial targets.
  7. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure excellence in food presentation and service.
  8. Lead menu planning and development in collaboration with the culinary team.
  9. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to continuously improve our catering services.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Proven experience as a Catering Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  3. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and catering management software.
