1. Previously worked as a General Manager, Operations Director, Plant Director, Head of Operations, Director of Operations, or in a similar role.
2. Experience in a senior management role.
3. Ideally have a background in heavy plant, plant hire, or construction.
4. Familiarity with accounting, including reading balance sheets, managing sales, overseeing purchasing, and controlling costs.
5. Skilled in financial oversight, including reading balance sheets and managing budgets.
