£45,000 per annum

Monday - Friday

The Job Role
  1. General Manager for a fresh food contract catering contract.
  2. Providing daily core feeding and extensive hospitality.
  3. Lead and develop an enthusiastic team.
  4. Responsible for the accounts, due diligence and health and safety.
  5. Liaise with the client and deliver agreed KPIs.

The Requirements
  1. A proven Catering Manager or General Manager for a contract catering operation.
  2. A hands-on team player who leads from the front.
  3. The successful General Manager will have a solid background within quality operations.
  4. Strong commercial acumen and reporting skills.
  5. Real interest in fresh food and excellent service.
