The Job Role

1. A General Manager to lead a busy cocktail venue.
2. A General Manager to manage and run the business day to day.
3. A General Manager to see the future of the cocktail venue and new aspects, ideas and adventures to take the venue on.
4. A General Manager to continually drive standards of drinks and entertainment services forward within the cocktail venue.
5. A General Manager with ideas and creative as you will have autonomy of the menus on site.
6. Developing a high-performing and motivated team.
7. A General Manager that has a large personality that will match with the venue.

The Requirements

1. The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a late night cocktail environment.
2. A General Manager with proven experience in a similar venue role.
3. A General Manager that is able to bring across a great personality.
4. Experience with managing a team whilst under pressure is a must.
