Description du poste

  1. Responsible for establishing and implementing a long-term business plan and annual budget to achieve agreed business goals.
  2. Oversee day-to-day business operations.
  3. Provide leadership at all levels of the organisation.
  4. Engagement with joint venture partners in delivering an overall success.
  5. Build up the company by recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and mentoring new talent.
  6. Define and implement policies and performance standards.
  7. Evaluate employee performance and provide coaching and support as needed.
  8. Assess departmental and company performance and devise plans for improvement.
  9. Manage profit and loss statements and account for costs and revenues.
  10. Allocate budget resources for supplies, equipment, marketing, and personnel.
  11. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, company agreements and relevant legal, health & safety and fiscal regulations.
  12. Develop relationships with relevant government authorities and other organisations in the country and the region to influence policy, regulation, and practices across the client industry.
  13. Ensure that technical service to customers.

Profil recherché

  1. 10+ years' FMCG experience in production management and customer interaction.
  2. Multinational stakeholder experience; significant experience in working across functions, cultures, geographies.
  3. Working joint venture partnership experience highly desirable.
